Capitalized words have the meanings set forth below. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Google Places is a service that returns information about places using HTTP requests. It is operated by Google.
Google Places may collect information from You and from Your Device for security purposes.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on a parent or guardian’s consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent or guardian, We may require Your parent’s or guardian’s consent before We collect and use that information.

Except for individuals who are California residents, You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Us, or in any way relating to use of the Service, resides in the courts of the State of Washington, and You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Washington in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Us or our employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, or content providers.
